Retainer Sample Contract (RTNR)
– Note: this is a monthly retainer that operates much like and attorney’s retainer, and covers all hourly services. This is a month-to-month contract with a minimum of 70 man-hours. At the beginning of the following month, you are billed only the hours used to rejuvenate the contract.
